Very disappointing ...1 hour delay is never acceptable...Blame it on Affirmative action in this country that sucks with its policies that once great companies are but ******* in their services. Everything on a downward spiral after '94...Dear passenger, your coach is delayed by 1hour due to operational circumstances. We apologize for the inconvenience. Thank you. Intercape.
