INTERCAPE SUCKS

I'm currently travelling in an intercape bus from PE to Jhb and it's freezing temperatures and the drivers are saying the heater has a faulty but when I contacted Intercape live chat they told me it's not allowed because of ventilation problems.....My question is isn't it Covid strives in the cold weather? This is my LAST EVER RIDE WITH INTERCAPE...YOU JUST LOST A CUSTOMER
