INTERCAPE SUCKS !

HAD THE WORST EXPERIENCE. I would not recommend. Everytime i use intercape buses there is always problems firstly the bus was delayed by 1hr and some minutes. It was supposed to arrive at 11:30am at my pick up it came around 12:40pm mind you im going to Joburg and its winter and it gets dark very fast. There were 2 drivers the other one was very accommodating and tried to help but because of the other one who was so RUDE and so hostile my experience was a disaster. We even used a bus that was not allocated for us the bus had no toilet inside people had to ask the driver to stop in the middle of no where to pee, imagine old woman where is the safety and privacy there ?? Just to fast forward it’s dark now and im going to Boksburg its around 5:30 i asked the driver even before to say please drop me by the exit going to Boksburg or rather offramp because i cant go to Joburg at this time still coming back this side and i always struggle to get bolt because of the meter taxi guys fighting them and overall had luggage so i was at a risk of being ******. The Driver rudely said NO and everyone in the bus was complaining about him its not just me to say he couldn’t assist me so im bad mouthing. Luckily there were people dropping off in heidelberg mall I dropped of there and had to pay about 350 for bolt to get to my place because i couldn’t risk my safety and go to Joburg around 18:00 and its so dark. I arrived at my place at 7:00 and according to my ticket arrival time was 17:05 but end up arriving around 19:00 at my place. All in all intercape advertises for a comfortable and luxurious experience but its a false dream because the seats on that bus were uncomfortable the whole time, no toilet as they said they would charging points not working as they said they do, u get the drift. All in all POOR SERVICE INFACT POOR IS A UNDERSTATEMENT, (A very UNHAPPY CUSTOMER)
