Intercape, such bad service

Intercape bus has such bad service. It was my 1st and last time using this company. I was suppose to board the bus at 11h30am, it only arrived at 15h45. I waited 5 hours in Ladysmith for the bus to arrive. There was no communication from the company with regards to the delay. The drivers lack professionalism and are just rude. Our lives are placed at risk. When we arrive there will be no transportation to take is home and the company is not even bothered. I will never ever use Intercape busses ever again for rest of my life. I will be advising family and friends to do the same. What a terrible experience.
