Intercape Stinks

On 15 December 2022,my sister and I are currently travelling from Pretoria to East London on bus 063. These tickets cost R1900 for us to be met by a strong stench of urine when boarding. The aircon is not helping and there are children on board. I feel that along with safety, the bare minimum we can expect to be given is hygiene. I won't be using your services in future, no thanks!!!! Why was this bus put on route like this? At every stop where commuters get on, the smell is overwhelming. No man!!!!! Don't treat people this way
