INTERCAPE STINKS!!!

My mother who is 62 years old took the intercape bus from Midrand today 7/8/15 at 6:30am to Pietermaritzburg.<br> When she reached her destination, the assistant could not find her bags and told her to get into the trailer and search for it by herself!!! At 62 years old!!!<br> <br> This is one of the worst transport companies and the drivers and assistants attitudes stink!!!! YOU ARE AN *********** COMPANY TO BE TRANSPORTING PEOPLE!!!!!<br> THIS IS GOING TO BE THE LAST TIME THAT SHE WILL TRAVEL WITH INTERCAPE - RATHER PAY MORE AND USE GREYHOUND!!!!!<br> <br> I DARE YOU TO CONTACT ME TO DISCUSS FURTHER!!!!
