Intercape ***** my money

I bought 2 tickets for my mom and dad in March to Mosselbay for May 2020 but they could go because of covid and i change the tickets to September 2020 and they say because its near peak season i have to pay extra R344 which i did and now with corona out of control my mom and dad ask me to rather cancel their tickets and Intercape take R290 for the cancel fee and they have the audacity to keep my R344 as well because that was anadmin fee. Rediculous your damn ******. ***** my money i will not ever support them again
