Intercape Staff service- Park Station.

Very rude staff, though one person can't represent the whole company but the negative attitude towards passengers from this lady in glasses.

I was on my way to Nelspruit on 07/05/2021 at 07:30 am, my mistake was to ask if I can also check-in since I'm seeing other passengers doing so and I was met with a very aggressive, don't give a damn I'm just doing my job to get paid attitude.

I was embarrassed

Poor service I should say.
