Intercape staff are rude

The bus was nice and clean and the ride was smooth however the staff at the Midrand office are so rude, and so are the bus drivers on the Maputo bus. They all keep shouting at passengers all the time both going and coming. Rushing is for no reason and yelling at every stop.

The lady at the Bigbird Midrand office was on a personal call while helping us, yelling at someone else and then yelling at us afterwards. This was Thursday night 17 August. She also tried to confiscate some groceries in a cooler box that are aloud in Moza, saying if we don't send someone to get them by 10 she's throwing them away. I believe she would have kept them for herself had we not sent someone

A friend of mine had to cancel the trip and trying to get a refund as their policy was a nightmare. The Intercape Midrand guys acted like they don't know anything about anything and sent me to checkers where they had to call the help line which took hours to be answered and then the person on that end was rude to the checkers staff . Why is everyone at Intercape so angry?
