Intercape staff are cold hearted people

I’m so disgusted by one of the trusted bus line intercape, I’ve always made it my number 1 choice and today I went to park station because I had a booking, I was on time and 30 minutes before my travel I felt sick and went to speak to one of the representatives, she was rude and very inconsiderate, told me to find another bus, because they are a bus line not a hospital, even when I asked to change time, she was still rude, I had no option but to rather not get on the bus and right now I’ve just left the clinic and will use another bus line to get home.
