Intercape Sold Me a Ticket for a Route Already Cancelled

I am requesting a full refund for my Intercape ticket for Vryburg on 17 July 2026. I purchased the ticket approximately one week before my trip, but after boarding the bus I was stranded in Klerksdorp because the bus was no longer going to Vryburg, despite Intercape having apparently cancelled the route months earlier. I was therefore sold a ticket for a service that was not provided and had to incur additional costs to find alternative transport to Vryburg. I requested a full refund of my ticket and reimbur*****t of the reasonable additional costs I incurred as a direct result of this failure. but they are quiet and don't even care.
