Intercape so disappointing.

I am such a very unhappy customer that is so disappointed with the intercape service. Yesterday my friend and I were left behind at Eastern Cape bus station because we complained about the driver that drove our shuttle to King William's town. He then told us we need to shut up and stop complaining otherwise he will call the cops on us because we are drunk. He then told the driver of the bus at King William's town to not let us in the bus because we are drunk and we making trouble because we complained. We were then taken back to the station with our tickets. Therefore my friend and I we stuck in East London as we speak. We trying to call the intercape offices and no one is responding. Is there anyone from intercape who can help and advice on what should happen at this point because wreckless driving is supposed to be reported. My number is ***
