Intercape Sleepliner Poor Service (PE to JHB)
On Sunday evening at 5:30pm, on 13th March 2016, I boarded the sleepliner in Port Elizabeth for Johannesburg. Inside the bus, there was a TV screen that did not work through out the journery. There was also a coffee and water machine which on my enquiry was not working.

Why are these devices available on the bus if it is not available to customers. This also poses the questions, if it is available in the bus, why was it not working. This was serious poor service. For the price I paid, I would have expected that I could watch TV as well as have something to drink.

Also the evening of Monday 14th March 2016, I started itching profusely over my whole body as well as in my face just to find that I was bitten by either flees or some sort of bugs. The only place I rested on was the bus and therefore could only conclude that these bites were obtained during my ride on the sleepliner.

Intercape needs to please sanitize out their busses regularly because of the close environment passengers are in during the evening travels, many other communicable germs can spread easily.

Very disappointed with my first experience on the intercape sleepliner.
