Intercape Sleepliner 239, worst traveling experience in real time

Its 03/10/2025 and I am currently on a bus drive to Capetown with an Intercape Sleepliner, 239. I am absolutely horrified with the first few hours in to Capetown, where passengers have to endure beyond freeze point aor conditions. I am freezing my behind off, at Colesburg people even screamed at the driver to please switch the air conditioner off, he just resonded "we don't know nothing", I don't know if he attempted something, but it literally feels like I am running outside the bus in freezing cold. It's 04h24 at the other stop, passengers complaining again about the freezing cold. For someone who have not drove in a bus in years, this is the most unpleasant experience I have ever had.
