Intercape Sh#t service

I brought a bus ticket to bloemfontein to get to the bus station to be told our bus is delayed finally when the bus arrives an hour later we are told they cannot find our names on the system and can only board the next bus which is an hour away. So called bus sent out an sms to everyone alerting them of this delay. I never received an sms from intercape, the staff kept on giggling when I was voicing out my concerns this is terrible service from intercape I'm least impressed.
