Intercape service is very bad, they don't care about customers, their buses are not in good condition and no longer provide the best service as before. Ride with it at your own risk.

Travelled with Intercape from Eastern Cape to Cape Town, bus got stuck on the way for 8hrs. Paid for main liner ticket and after we got stuck for 8hrs they sent us a budget liner that has so low seats like a toddler's chair to fetch us and it was soo uncomfortable. Service is very bad, they don't care about customers, their buses heat up and get stuck, not in good condition. They no longer provide the best service as before. I'm very disappointed in them and don't wish to ride on their buses again, it's a nightmare.

After 8hrs of being stuck with some people finished their food and didn't budget for such, they gave us a little Wimpy burger that is so small like a newborn hand to blind us..... We are humans we are not animals.
