INTERCAPE SERVICE IS THE WORST

Very poor in the service. I have booked a ticket for my 8year old son and I for 5 April to depart @ 17:15. We have only left the station now at 19:12. My son and I have been sitting at the station from 16:30. THIS IS TOTALLY OUTRAGEOUS AND INTERCAPE NEEDS TO DO BETTER!
