Intercape - Service is pathetic

Checkers have a counter at the front of most stores that book bus tickets,<br> this is the worst possible service around.I booked tickets for my wife<br> that gos out of town twice a year,everytime we booked tickets we had ****.<br> The latest issue we booked tickets in August sometime,wife took 2 buses out of town and<br> before she could return we had a funeral in the family and she had to fly back the day before.<br> In the rush of all of this I manage to call checkers,intercape who are the bus<br> service and none of them could help me.Eventually intercape said tickets have been cancelled<br> I can go to checkers and get refund.I went to checkers and they telling me tickets were not cancelled<br> need a reference code that's just ********.Basically checkers said must contact bus service.Contacted bus service<br> and they said sorry too late to call must notify bus service in advance,what ****...will I know someone<br> is going to die in advance??So basically I must throw the tickets away.Checkers is the cause of this<br> why provide a service when you cannot provide backup service to customers.I have lost so much money due<br> to checkers bad service.People change your supermarket.. :)Intercape suck :(((
