INTERCAPE SERVICE IS PATHETIC

I book for my wife and 7 year old daughter to travel with intercape bus lines from Durban to midrand because I trusted them and have been using them for over 10 years but the service they received this morning was appauling. my wife and daughter were rudely spoken to by Intercape staff at the Durban station and even though I had booked for them to be seated next to each other they did not seat them. if any harm comes to my daughter due to her sitting next to a stranger I will sue intercape. their service went from 100% to 0%. they claim to be about the people and God but they are all about evil and satan now. they just want money and treat the travelers like ****. Looks like they want to be an evil corporation that worships the DEVIL and encourages BAD SERVICE AND BEING RUDE TO CLIENTS. WILL NEVER TRAVEL WITH THEM AGAIN. IF YOU WANT YOUR CHILDREN SITTING NEXT TO STRANGERS WHO MIGHT TOUCH THEM OR HARM THEM OR **** THEM THEN BOOK INTERCAPE. I AM SO ANGRY AND WORRIED. I HOPE NOTHING HAPPENS TO MY FAMILY WHILE TRAVELING WITH THE DEMON BUSLINES (INTERCAPE).
