*1/5 Stars - Unacceptable Experience with Intercapes Bus Service*

I recently traveled with Intercapes from Mthatha to Cape Town on 10/10/2024 and was appalled by the service. Our bus, Intercape bus 907, broke down outside Graff-Reinet for 4 hours, leaving passengers, including elderly and young children, in unbearable heat without air conditioning. The bus was also infested with ****roaches, posing serious health risks.

The prolonged delay and deplorable conditions caused significant distress. I urge Intercape to:

- Provide replacement buses with adequate air conditioning and cleanliness - Offer compensation for distress and inconvenience - Investigate and prevent future incidents
