Intercape safety compromise

Im travelling on the 1330pm intercape to Gaborone. Currently on seat number 10 which has no functional seat belt. I informed the conductor that my safety is being compromised. She took no action despite there being empty seats on the bus she refused to allow me to occupy a functional seat. I feel I have been taken for granted and that my plea was not addressed. This is not my 1st negative experience with intercape. May you kindly assist
