intercape ruthless behaviour

I was deeply disheartened by the bus service received last night. Yesterday I arrived at pick up point 30 minutes prior to departure as stated on ticket however the bus decided to leave half an hour earlier without informing us. I was at the door of the bus showing my ticket however they decided to close the door on me and take off I had to jump off the way. I paid for my ticket yet the staff treats us in such a manner.
