Intercape route Gaborone to Pretoria

<p>I think intercape takes its customers for granted. My mother boarded this morning at 6:30 due to arrive at 12noon it's 5:09 pm I am still waiting. The bus broke down at the border. I called the head office to enquire and I spoke to a call centre person who says or the bus is on its way to Pretoria and my answer was I have known that since 6 what.time is it arriving? She said 3:40 When i got there at 3 I was told bus in akasia and then at 4:15 Was told now bus is in Brits and then at 4:30 was told bus is at mabopane highway.</p> <p>I think their route should be cancelled.</p> <p>This is not the first time!!!!! Probably the 10th or 12th time upset for days!!!!!</p>
