Intercape ****** me

Intercape bus service.I bought a ticket fromPeddie Shoprite and I was going to take the ride from Cofimvaba to Cape town They didnt inform me while I was buying the ticket if the bus is no more passing in Cofimvaba and I was a visiter there .I went to the bus stop earl and the bus didnt come , I hired a car to take me from Cofimvaba to Queenstown .It was me and my brother .when we get there they told us the bus left already and is no longer passing through Cofimvaba because of the taxi strike and they are not going to refund us our R650 .I need help I want to expose intercape for robbing the poor .Im not working ,Im struggling a lot for loosing R650 , That money counts a lot to me .I will be happy if you can help me to get my money back as even my kids dont have bread to eat
