Intercape rip-off

Intercape charged me R940 for a ticket to PE and they said I must buy a ticket for my 2 year old also. Plz note this was during lockdown, the 7 days window period of traveling during lockdown. The bus's toilet wasn't even working. The aircon was on the whole night and it was freezing cold, heater was not working. My baby even caught a cold as a result of this. I just think this was a *******.
