Intercape Refuses to listen to complaints!

I've never had a problem with the service that intercape has been providing but right now I am super ****ed ! We're in a bus on our way to Pretoria, driving through the Northern cape and the heater is not working! Knowing very well that it is winter and that this very coach that were in has problems with the heater ! We have pensioners in this bus and a little baby! Everyone is complaining and there is nothing that can be done ! Honestly intercape, this is a major NO from me! At the end of the day everyone seated in this coach has paid, we not riding up and down for free !
