Intercape refund required

From 8h30 departure time this 609 bus has been waiting for mechanic, I don't think they are prioritizing passengers. The nerve of dispatching a faulty bus. I need my refund for this no apology or nothing plus when I get to Durban it will be dark I will need extra money for Uber. From Johannesburg to durban
