Intercape ran away with my luggage and nearly killed me.

Today the bus driver refused to take off my luggage at Heidelberg and nearly ran me over by the bus trailer while I was trying to open it to get my luggage. I reported this incident to their complaints department but they are not helping me they are not even telling me how will I get my belongings back.
