On Saturday the 15th of April, we travelled to Mozambique with Intercape, the bus left us stranded at the border. Apparently it is intercapes policy to leave people who are collecting their visas on arrival.

Intercape did not at any point explain this, or let us know when we got into the bus. The driver and conducter left us at the border at 2pm and instructed us to get the next bus which would arrive at the border after 12 midnight. As you know there isnt a hotel or any type of lodging at the border.

The driver and conductor started to tbreaten us and say we should remove our luggage immediately or they will take our luggage with them and we will have to make a plan to get it back.

Furthermore the visas were dispatched 10 minutes after the bus left. And we were ****** a handbag with a substantial amount of money was ******

We are paying customers. We had paid for 8 seats and the bus did not even dekiver us to our destination. I wasnt aware that maltreatment was part of intercapes policy.

Terrible and inhumane.
