Intercape Pretoria overcharging

I am so disgusted at what I witnessed from the sales staff at Intercape office inside the Bosman train station today on 15 Feb 2024, so brazen of them to joke about how they overcharge clients who purchase tickets cash from inside the office...so I decided to look online and discovered that they charge more then the price were you to try book online like at computicket for example...so shocked and it seems they are used to this ****ming of unsuspecting and sometimes desperate passengers. Shame on you Intercape
