Intercape poor service, lack of communication and no time management.

This company has really let me down with its bad service, time management and communication. Today a bus that was scheduled to leave Johannesburg at 17:30 ended up leaving park station at 19:15 and during this time we were made to wait outside in the cold, no communication and we had to go dig for info and of which we were told the incorrect info.

Bus left and has now been standing at Kroonvaal Engen Garage for close to an hour and still no communication as to what is happening and to top it off their drivers look tired.

This is the worst service ever, and it's not on cause we stick to our side of things by paying the bus fare on time yet we get treated like we traveling for free.

Intercape yi nyuva dam shame, nonsense of a bus and they should close down cause clearly they can't maintain their business. Super super disappointed at the service received today.
