Intercape poor service

Waiting at Durban station for a 21h00 bus tonight on 17/10/2021. The second bus has not arrived at 21h42 after the first also lest at 21h30 far later than expected departure time. Intercape doesn't even have a decency of informing waiting passengers about the delays. The staff currently working at admission desk have audacity to tell us that it is not their function to inform the passengers of any developments. We need to get to Johannesburg and catch other connecting transport to destinations. This is really unacceptable and poor service.
