Intercape Poor service

Good Day 1stly when u travel in a group u must hope that u can be seated together as there no seat bookings the Bus we Travel on the 25th/02 from Durban had so much cocroaches on there its been seen crawling everywhere the Pods for charging some of them not working the other passengers want to charge at your seats this service was never experienced on Greyhound Busses with so much comfort u dnt even care abt trip pricing as long u can be comfortable and efficient
