Intercape poor service

Intercape service is very very poor. We booked a bus from Mthatha on the 17 Feb 2025, departure time was 14:10. We were there at Ultra city 13:00 and the bus delayed for over 5 hours. Nothing was done to rectify the situation only got messages informing us of the delay. To me this show bad service and ************* your company is. I am very disappointed and don’t think I will ever use Intercape services ever again.
