Intercape poor service

Hellos SA, let me tell you something if you want to waste your time/your precouis day please go on and book an intercape bus. We travelled from JHB to durban departing at 22;00 and the bus got stuck at montrose 01;15. they requested machinics from harisminth who took their time and am not sure if those guys were real machincis as they could not fix the bus. We had to wait for a backup bus not sure where it came from as there was no update from the driver but eventualy it arrived at 06:23 and we reached durban park station at 10:13. poor service all round from intercape bus number 610.
