Intercape Poor Bus Service

Intercape bus service is beyond poor. The bus arrived 1 hour late at Johannesburg Park Station and later which is now the bus broke down at Heidelberg Mall and the driver is rude and giving us attitude when asked what is wrong with the bus. I will never us intercape bus services anymore as this is is pathetic. Bus number plate is ICG115GP
