Intercape **** on refund

Awful experience dealing with Intercape, I booked return tickets for the 25/06/2023 with a consultant on the phone, I was never informed of any of the terms and conditions, they have the phone recording, when I wanted to cancel the trip they refuse to give me any of my money back despite not informing that this was their policy, what a ****MER Intercape is, steer clear!!!
