Intercape not so luxury

We booked a ticket for my friends mom on the Mainliner, which is supposed to be one of the "better" busses. When she got on there was no place to charge her phone, when the website states that it does have usb charging ports. When she asked the drivers where is the usb ports, all they said was that this is not a luxury bus! Pathetic
