Intercape not refunding my money

I am disappointed with Intercape Finance team and their manager Raiyner Kempen. I have been sitting with an issue for over 3 weeks now and still I have not gotten my refund processed as Promised by the manager himself even. After numerous phone calls and emailing still nothing! Very disappointing customer care and not sticking to their word
