Intercape - not keeping to published times.

A recent bus trip from Jhb to Pmb took 2 hours longer than the published time. There were NO "events" to cause this overrun, but I/cape hides behind a line: "Departure and arrival times are not guaranteed"!!! The reason for the overrun is that they do not calculate the duration of the trip correctly!! The route is not published, so it is not possible for an intending traveller to check the varacity of the statement i.r.o. the duration. Their Customer Relations are POOR!
