Intercape not helpful at all

I booked a ticket for 19 Oktober at 20:40 from Cookhouse to Vanderbijlpark. At 19:30 On my way to the bus stop, a strike happened and the road was closed and there is only one road to get to the bus. I phoned the police at 20:10 to ask if they can please assist me to go to the bus stop and they said no its to dangerous. There is only one road to get to the bus stop from where I'm staying. So the bus left without me. I tried phoning the bus service as well at 20:30 but no answer!! I phoned the next morning at 08:31 to see if we can maybe reschedule my ticket I was told sorry they can't help me I must pay again!!!Now I lose R395. This is really unacceptable!!!
