Intercape no refund policy

We booked a single one way ticket from Nelspruit to JHB. Unfortunately we cannot do the trip anymore due to unforseen circumstances. We contacted Intecape to find out what the cancelation and refund process is. They informed us that we cannot get a refund as there are different types of classes that we were not made aware of at the time the ticket was bought. Now we are down R310. I Feel it's totally unfair practice not to be able to get a refund. Even if it does come with a percentage penalty.
