Intercape?? NO - more like InterHELL

In April 2018, I took the bus from Knysna to Somerset West (well this is what I paid for anyway). The bus is scheduled to leave at 11pm and was +- an hour late, and they had over sold the bus. At around 1am I overheard a conversation between the driver and co-driver about a detour due to alleged strike action (of which there was none). The bus would no longer travel on the N2 but instead we would be dropped off in Paarl (+-50km from where I was supposed to be dropped off - and where my lift was waiting). On arrival in Paarl we were told that a shuttle would be taking us to our destinations, only to find out (after waiting for 2 hours on the side of the road) that they are willing to drop us off in Stellenbosch - i then had to walk +- 4kms to the taxi rank with all my luggage to try get to Somerset West. I lost a days work as I did not reach my destination at the prescribed time. When I called the call center, I was told that "too bad, we are not giving you your money back" by a very rude agent.
