Intercape nightmare!!!!! AVOID THEM

Bus had no aircon. USB charge points out of order. Bu broke down 52kms from Bloemfontein and after 3hrs by the side of the road in the dark, no communication on ETA of either repair or replacement. Drivers just standing around hands in pockets and response to enquiries is “now now”. Extremely dangerous with a lot of children by the sode of the road in pitch black darkness. HORRIBLE!!!!!
