INTERCAPE NIGHTMARE

We had a booking with Intercape through Busbud for a important trip from Potchefstroom to Pretoria. The first message we received was that the bus will be 3 hours late. We phoned Intercape 4 times during the day to find out when the bus will be in Potchefstroom without any success. After 4 hours of waiting we had to leave and book another trip with Citybug. I have sent emails to Intercape and BUSBUD but haven't received any feedback on this issue. We asked for a refund... I am still waiting....???? Absolutely pathetic service. Communication from Intercape on the day of the trip was very poor. The last message we received was that the bus was 10 km away from Potchefstroom but after 30 minutes the bus was nowhere to be... seen....???
