Intercape nightmare

Most inconsiderate bunch of idiots. Took the bus in Pretoria. Bus broke down. No back up buses had to wait 2 hours for mechanic. Only arrived in durban 8pm as compared to 4.30pm.

No apologies no discounts nothing. Just shut your mouth and accept any ******* they give us.

Don't waste your time with intercape. Rather pay less and get to you destination. Real ******* and *****s.
