What a pity there’s no half a star option.

Absolutely disgusted by the likes of this company. In the last month numerous complaints have been made and with no response and no accountability. Did they perhaps sell the company? Then that would at least explain the POOR SERVICE. 1. Safe: not safe. Always but always late or delayed with no explanation. Leaving passengers waiting alone at dark garages with no communication whatsoever. Taking no responsibility for the safety of anyone and conveniently so. Pathetic.

2. Dependable: HOW????!!!! if you can’t even communicate why there are delays. Buses overheating on the road, waiting for passengers coming from over the borders with no prior communication, not having enough buses to transport passengers, WHATTTTTTTT!!!!!! How dependable do you think you are? How the heck can we depend on such a company thats only priority now, is making money. The usb ports are not even fully functional meanwhile you boast about the upgrades.

3. Affordable : well, that’s debatable. We book you because you are the only carrier promising straight no change routes but what’s the point if you’re always late, with such bad service we might as well book another bus.

This carrier has become more and more pathetic. You should be ashamed of yourselves and this while promoting Christian values.
