Intercape must fall

It’s actually a zero star. The brand is unprofessional. The bus was supposed to depart at 4:05. We arrived at the bus station @ 3:30 waited thinking the bus was running late, called the Centre at 4:30 turns out the bus left us. It got there early and no one bothered to call and left in total 5 passengers. 2 of the passengers arrived at the stop at 3am none of the 5 were contacted and intercape is offering no solution. - their services are very unprofessional and this is not the first time I’ve had bad service from them. Word of advice rather use the greyhound!! Stay away from intercape - there is no bus stop in my town so I had to travel 70km to get to harrismith from Bethlehem just to board a bus to Johannesburg. - now I have to travel back another 70k and look for alternative transport . A waste of my Money and time - 0 customer service
