Intercape, most HORRIBLE BUS SERVICE

We took the bus from Bellville to Humansdorp on 20/10 and back on 28/10. In the first round : The toilet was disgustingly dirty, had a horrible urine smell, no toilet paper (luxury bus!?!?!) The bus was full but more passengers got on and SAT ON THE FLOOR!!! With that people was a toddler, that was walking up and down the whole time crying and pestering other passengers!!! The movie was replayed 3 times (stopped halfway and started at random spot) But THE WORST was they do NOT ANNOUNCE STOPS!!! If I did not wake by accident we would not gotten off at our destination. HOW UNPROFESSIONAL AND PATHETIC!! Round 2 : the driver was TOTALLY ***********! could not drive properly, resulting us being almost an hour late!! I would definitely NOT RECOMMEND INTERCAPE or USE THIS SERVICE AGAIN.
