Intercape mistreatment

Today I was so disappointed and disgusted by the treatment and management from Intercape at Park station. I accompanied my mother and grandmother to Park Station. Their bus to Durban was at 11am. We got there at 10:20am. My mom and grandmother who is 70 years old and wasn't feeling well. Went to the bathroom. Unfortunately they missed their bus. Which had left as they got back from the bathroom. They went to management for assistance regarding them missing their bus. They were told there's nothing they can do. They have forfeited their bus tickets and there was no solution to their problem. The guys had attitude and were very disrespectful towards them. I'm very disgusted by this as these are two old people who needed assistance and there was no help.
